We ship Australia wide, with the exception of Tasmania.
If your address does not appear within the dropdown results in the checkout address field, then shipping costs will not be calculated. In this event, please contact Customer Service at hello@vanitex.com.au in order for us to investigate further.
Do note, that some addresses may appear to be located within a surrounding suburb, so please try this if your address has this occasional occurrence.
Shipping lead times commence once manufacturing is complete, and an Order Completion notification has been sent to you notifying you the products have been dispatched.
Lead times are based on metro locations within states accordingly and additional lead times may apply for regional locations.
Pick up is available from our warehouse located in Lidcombe, Sydney. Please ensure ‘Pick up’ is selected within Checkout.
If pick up has been selected, we will contact you upon Order Completion to arrange pick up of the products within 72 hours, as otherwise storage fees will apply.
A suitable utility vehicle is required for pick up as most products will be loaded via forklift unless they are small.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery address.
Shipping costs reflect the nature of these products, being sizable and heavy along with the associated handling requirements. Costs also reflect the safe packaging requirements of these products along with logistics insurance.
Our carriers are equipped to deliver products to a levelled ground entrance of a property. Please note our carriers are unable to deliver up or down any form of stairs.
Please ensure someone is present at the nominated address to accept delivery. If the delivery is missed, there will be an additional redelivery fee in order to reschedule.
Delivery tracking details will be forwarded within the Order Completion notification that will be sent to you via email.
Please inspect all Vanitex products within 48 hours of receiving your goods to ensure there are no damages or incorrect items received. No claims for damages or incorrect items will be recognised after this period or after installation has taken place.
If the packaging of your product has been damaged, please photograph the damages immediately prior to unboxing. Continue unboxing and inspect for any damages to the product itself. Photograph all damages that have incurred and contact Customer Service at hello@vanitex.com.au with your photographs attached in order for us to address further.
We endeavour to go above and beyond by packaging all products safely, however in the rare occasion damage has been incurred throughout logistics, please ensure the abovementioned details are followed.
