How do I place an order?

Once products are customised and added to your cart, simply click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner and fill in your shipping and payment details. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

As all of our products are made-to-order, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.  Please ensure all selections are reviewed and are correct before checking out and finalising your order.

What materials are used?

We have a select range of Corian® and Caesarstone® available for benchtop finishes. 

A select range of external finishes in solid colours and woodgrain textures, with the possibility of also finishing in a polyurethane Dulux coloured paint of your choice.

All board materials are high moisture resistant, ensuring durability in the bathroom environment. To view these in more detail, visit our Material Library to see the full range.

Where are the products made?

All products are made-to-order and crafted with love within our Western Sydney manufacturing facility.

Can I see my product in person?

Unfortunately not until the product has been shipped to you. However, we do have a showroom in Sydney which has each vanity, mirrored cabinet and material finishes on display so you can see them in the flesh.

Can I get my product in a custom length?

Yes! If you require a specific length for your space, you will need to include the exact overall measurement within our product builder under the ‘Custom’ size tab.

Can I use my own basin?

Of course. When selecting and finalising finishes in the product builder, simply click ‘No Basin Required’ in the basin section.

Can I get a custom cabinet colour?

We do offer a polyurethane paint finish, which is available on most of our vanities and mirrored cabinet models. Simply select a Dulux colour from www.dulux.com.au and type in the colour name within the polyurethane paint tab within the product builder.

For any pre-finished board colours that you may want to use (ie. Laminex, Polytec, etc), that aren’t within our current range, please email the request to hello@vanitex.com.au to confirm if available.

Can I choose my taphole position if my tap is coming out of the benchtop?

Of course, we offer 3 taphole positions for spouts that come out of the benchtop; 10 o’clock, 12 o’clock’ and 2 o’clock. We set these positions out in reference to the Vanitex basin you have selected, noting this option is not available if you have selected ‘No Basin Required’.

I selected ‘No Basin Required’ as I would like to use my own, however I need tap-holes drilled?

Unfortunately, we only complete tap-holes in benchtops when a Vanitex basin has been selected.  This is to ensure we position the tap-hole respective to the basin size selected correctly.

Does my wall mount vanity come with mounting brackets?

No, your assigned tradesperson installing the product for you will have to use the correct fixings in accordance to your wall material.

Can you install my item/s for me?

We do not provide installation services.  All vanities and mirrored cabinets are to be installed by a qualified tradesperson. Failure to do so may lead to voiding warranty.

What are my payment options?

We offer an online secure credit card payment method, utilising the globally recognised Stripe payment platform.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is packaged assembled, however vanity benchtops are not adhered and handles and legs are detached for safety whilst in logistics.

If you ordered a basin, this will be packaged separately.

All products are wrapped with protection to ensure safe arrival to its new home.

Is the delivery driver able to bring my goods up flights of stairs?

Unfortunately, the delivery driver is unable to take goods up flights of stairs and will deliver to the ground floor entrance only.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?

Of course! Products are available for pick up from our warehouse. When checking out, please select this option.

How long until I receive my order?

Please refer to the ‘Additional Information’ section within the products page to understand the appropriate lead-time.

What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?

Please inspect all Vanitex products within 48 hours of receiving your goods to ensure there are no damages or incorrect items received. No claims for damages or incorrect items will be recognised after this period or after installation has taken place.

If the packaging of your product has been damaged, please photograph the damages immediately prior to unboxing. Continue unboxing and inspect for any damages to the product itself. Photograph all damages that have incurred and contact Customer Service at hello@vanitex.com.au with your photographs attached in order for us to address further.
